Terms of use

By using StoreStep.in you agree to these terms. StoreStep is a marketplace: products and services are offered by independent sellers and providers who are responsible for their listings, fulfilment and compliance with applicable law.

Orders & payments

An order is confirmed when payment is authorised (or Cash on Delivery is accepted). Prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Sellers may cancel orders they cannot fulfil, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Service bookings

Booking slots are requests until accepted by the provider. Either party may reschedule with at least 4 hours' notice.

Returns

Products carry a 7-day replacement guarantee for manufacturing defects or damage in transit. Services are covered by a redo-or-refund promise if the work is not completed as described.

Seller obligations

Sellers must list accurate information, honour quoted prices and timelines, and keep stock levels current. Repeated violations lead to listing removal or account suspension.
