Privacy policy

StoreStep.in ("StoreStep") collects the information you provide when you create an account, place an order, book a service or open a store – such as your name, contact details, delivery addresses and order history – to operate the marketplace, process payments, deliver products and services, prevent fraud and improve the portal.

What we share

Sellers and service providers receive only the details needed to fulfil your order (name, delivery address, phone number and booking notes). Payment details are processed by our payment partners and are never stored on StoreStep servers.

Your choices

You can update your profile and addresses at any time from My profile, and request deletion of your account by contacting support@storestep.in.
